    Weekly Skills Practice: 

    • Diary Card
    • Notice judgments once a day- your own and/or others. Can refer to Mindfulness Handout 5A, p. 61, exercises 1, 2, 4.
    • Pick 2 interactions where you will be one-mindful. Can refer to Interpersonal Effectiveness Worksheet 9, p. 184.
    • Identify times where you were ineffective vs effective during an interaction.

    Skills: Goals, What is a Crisis, STOP, Pros and Cons (just the first half)

    Weekly Skills Practice: 

    • Diary Card
    • Write down 3 examples of a crisis this week (based on the definition on page 326, Handout 3)
    • Practice STOP daily and find a way to remind yourself to use the STOP skill
    • Pick one behavior you want to do in a crisis and do the pros/cons of engaging in that behavior
