Brynn Anderson: LCSW

Brynn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Utah. She specializes in empirically supported interventions, including dialectical behavior therapy, trauma treatments, and exposure and response prevention. Brynn received her Masters in Social Work from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, and obsessive compulsive disorder. She has intensive training in dialectical behavior therapy, with training in exposure and response prevention, and trauma. Brynn has previously worked as a therapist for a practice specializing in comprehensive DBT and prolonged exposure called Decision Tree Mental Health, as well as a residential and transitional program called New Roads Behavioral Health. While there, she refined her practice of dialectical behavior therapy while working with individuals experiencing borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychotic symptoms, complex trauma, and chronic suicidal ideation and self-harm. Brynn is enthusiastic about her work practicing dialectical behavior therapy and helping individuals identify and work towards a life worth living.
