Self-Pay Rates
We believe everyone deserves access to mental health care, so we have tried to keep our rates affordable. Please contact us for details about our self-pay rates.
-
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy and/or medication management services.
We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
We have providers on many difference insurance plans, including: Select Health, DMBA, PEHP, United Healthcare, Aetna, University of Utah Healthcare Plans, Huntsman Behavioral, and Blue Cross/ Blue Shield.
If we are not on your insurance plan or you do not have insurance, we also offer self-pay rates. Please call our office for more details.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
We require all of our clients to have a credit or debit card on file in our secure database to cover in balances not paid at the time of service.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy is frequently covered by insurance.
We are on a variety of insurance panels, please call us to find out if we are on your specific insurance panel.
In the event that you don’t have insurance coverage or we are not on your panel, you may self-pay for services.
Self pay rates are determined by the individual therapist, please call for specific rates.
