Practice observing what state of mind you are in during the week. Notice when you are in emotion mind and reasonable mind and wise mind. Be prepared to share examples of each in check-in next week.
Practice Observe, Describe, and Participate each twice and fill out Mindfulness Worksheet 4 (p. 84) about each practice.
Start a formal mindfulness practice this week.
