    • Write at least 1 DEAR MAN and weave in GIVE. Can use Interpersonal Practice Effectiveness Worksheet 4 or 5 (p. 174 or 175).

    • Pg 130: Pick an action from two FAST skill s(page 130) and work on them this week.

    • Fill out Worksheet 5 (page 175) twice and record how you used DEARMAN, GIVE and FAST skills together.

    • Take the quiz and page 160 about Self Validation

    • Fill out page 193 and try out some strategies for recovering from invalidation.
