Practice getting to wise mind, observing, describing and participating - each twice and record your practices on Mindfulness Worksheet 2A (page 79). You can use Mindfulness Handouts 2-5c page 49-59 for ideas of practices you can try.
Write about a distressing situation this week, describing the facts and separating those from your thoughts and feelings in the situation. For example: "I heard my friend talking to another coworker. My thought is they are talking about me."
