DBT Informed Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we use a number of evidenced based therapy models to help you reach your therapy goals. We seek to stay current on evidenced based treatments to best serve our clients’ needs.

We believe it is important not only to find a therapist who is knowledgable in evidenced based practices, but also is someone whose personality and therapy style works for you. Therapy is not always easy and in order for it to work, there must be a trusting, healthy relationship between the therapist and the client. We encourage clients to try therapy with a provider for 4-6 sessions and if it doesn’t seem to be a good fit, to try a different provider.

We are willing to schedule a free 15 minute phone call screening so that you can ask some initial questions and see if we might be a good fit for you.

Therapy can be for anyone

 

We are LGBTQ Affirmative.  We have therapists that work with adolescents 12 years and older and also therapists who see adults for Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
