Dez Swain: RN, PMHNP-Student
Dez is a psychiatric nurse practitioner student at the University of Utah, specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for kids and teens. With over 6 years of hospital experience working with young people facing various mental health challenges, Dez is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment for learning and growth. Whether it's using mindfulness as a superpower or turning therapy sessions into a fun adventure, Dez brings a unique blend of care and creativity to the practice.
When not at the clinic, Dez enjoys playing a variety of sports, exploring the mountains of Utah with his jeep, and playing imaginative games with his wife and three daughters.
Dez has openings for new clients.
