Kristie Lemmon,

Kristie is the owner of DBT Network of Utah. She is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and has over 20 years of experience in working with clients. She is one of three clinicians in the state of Utah that is Certified by the Linehan Board in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is also certified in Dr. Brené Brown’s Daring Way model and is pursing EMDR certification now. Kristie loves learning about evidenced based practices to help her clients. As a Nurse Practitioner, she is also able to prescribe medication to her clients when it is needed. Kristie is dedicated to helping her clients discover and live a meaningful life anchored in their values.
She currently sees only adults for therapy and individuals 10 years and older for medication management.
Sarah Leggett,
DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Sarah graduated top of her class with a Doctorate of Psychiatric Nursing Practice from the University of Utah. She has worked in the mental health field for 5 years and is excited to be joining the DBT Network team. In her role, Sarah is able to prescribe medication and offer individual and group therapy. She is pursuing DBT certification and is passionate about learning.

Deb Ashton,
LCSW
Deb graduated from the University of Utah with her master’s degree in social work and Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. She has spent most of her career in both the public and private sectors serving children, adolescents and adults.
Deb integrates a wide variety of evidence-based treatment modalities that are holistic and solution-focused to support each client in the change process. She is DBT-informed and has extensive training in restorative practices, cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Deb incorporates social work values of unconditional positive regard and self-determination by collaboratively developing goals and effective strategies with clients to promote positive change, empowerment, and overall health and wellness.
