Weekly Skills Practice:
- Diary Card
- Create a secure place imagery in your therapy session
- Try two IMPROVE skills
- Identify and list signs that you are not accepting/ resisting something (thoughts, body sensations, urges, emotions)
- Complete page 394 and practice Acceptance steps daily with one thing
- State the facts about the situation you are accepting
- State the possible causes of that situation
- Relax your body
- Consider what you might do if you accepted the situation (you don’t have to do it, just consider opposite action to non-acceptance)
