    Skills: States of Mind / What Skills

    Weekly Skills Practice: 

    1. Practice at least two of the exercises listed on Mindfulness Handout 3A (p.51-52) and complete Mindfulness Worksheet 3 (p.83) for each of the exercises.
    2. Practice Observe, Describe and Participate twice and record how you practiced these skills on Mindfulness Worksheet 4A (p.85).
    3. Notice wise mind this week. Be prepared to share with the group how you can tell when you are in wise mind.
