    Weekly Skills Practice: 

    • Diary Card
    • Create a secure place imagery in your therapy session 
    • Try two IMPROVE skills
    • Identify and list signs that you are not accepting/ resisting something (thoughts, body sensations, urges, emotions)
    • Complete page 394 and practice Acceptance steps daily with one thing
      • State the facts about the situation you are accepting
      • State the possible causes of that situation
      • Relax your body
      • Consider what you might do if you accepted the situation (you don’t have to do it, just consider opposite action to non-acceptance)
